So far I’ve been taking it every day. I’ve only had it about a week so I really haven’t been able to see a big difference yet but hopefully within the next couple weeks I can’t.
It tastes good and berry. Some reviews had complained about the color and it is lighter and more orange in color but that’s to be expected from no dyes and the Maca root and beet root. I haven’t been as consistent with it to tell a difference in feeling yet but so far so good.
The taste is very good surprisingly! I am just now getting into using it regularly. I'll be back with before and after pics for sure once I see some gains.
